Huurvoorwaarden

• No two adults are allowed on a bicycle, with the exception of the tandem.
  The kidcar, dog cart, luggage cart, trailer bicycle, dog basket and child seats are only rented in combination with a bicycle.
  An electric bicycle is not rented in combination with the aforementioned accessories, with the exception of the rear seat.
  For the E-bikes, the volume discount applies for multi-day rental up to a maximum of 14 days. After that, the price calculation starts again at day 1.
  Any damage will be charged. Even if it has been installed by third parties.
  Own seats and/or a trailer may not be mounted on the rented property.
  Returning the rented property earlier than agreed does not entitle you to a refund.
  You should always lock the bicycle correctly.
  Renting is at your own risk.
  you must use the rented property properly.
  In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, the rented property can be taken back without the right to a refund.
  Payment must be made in advance by bank or cash / pin when the bicycles are delivered.
  It is forbidden to come to the beach by bicycle.
  The photos (e.g. color) may differ from reality.
  All prices include 21% VAT.
  rental is per calendar day and not per 24 hours.
  No costs will be charged in the event of any cancellation or adjustment of a reservation placed
  A reservation is only effective when it has been confirmed by us. It is possible that this confirmation email ends up in your spam box (often Hotmail accounts), so keep an eye on it.
  Reservations/emails placed will be read and answered if necessary from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  We deliver / pick up the bikes again between 09:00 and 18:00. (You can hand in at the ferry dam until 6:30 PM)
  The customer or Fietsverhuur de Jong can cancel a reservation without giving any reason, a refund of 100% applies.
  If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery address at the agreed time for cash / pin payment, the reservation can be canceled by Fietsverhuur de Jong, unless the customer has contacted in time with the request to adjust the delivery time.
  Privacy; Your entered data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
  The tenant must be aware of these conditions.
